- A stall sign
MC Events have a no-refund policy and this is made clear when booking a stall.
The stall location for each stall is chosen by MC Events and thus stall holders are unable to choose their own location. We set up the event in a souk style, so all similar stalls are kept together.
The set up timings will be sent a few days before the event. The time will be specifically allocated to each stall holder. In general, stall holders will be asked to set up on the night before or 3-4 hours before the event starts
No. All payment must be made online once a stall has been approved

- There will be heavy promotion on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter included sponsored/paid ads

The more each person involved in the event promotes the event, the better the event will be. This is your event as much as ours, so promote, promote promote 🙂

The event is an awareness event, part of the nationwide campaign: Unite For Palestine. As such this event will not be raising money for any cause or charity.
This year, MC Events hope to raise awareness about Palestine, primarily educating people about Palestine, its culture and the significance of Jerusalem and Masjid Al Aqsa.
Any money raised from the event will be used to cover the cost of the event and any surplus will be put towards the Unite For Palestine campaign.
There will be a merchandise area at the event where the profits will be split 50/50 between Unite for Palestine and the UK registered charity, Medical Aid for Palestinians.
Everyone at MC Events is a volunteer
There is free parking in the Market Place car park and there are several paid parking areas within close distance of the venue.

Volunteers
Register on our website and a member of the team will be in touch with next steps
This will depend largely on your availability. In general we operate on a rota system so everyone can work for at least 2-3 hours and then finish for the day or take a break and carry on.
We are all volunteers at MCE, we have fun, we work together and try our best to make the event as good as it can be
There are lots of opportunities to help make the event a success including distributing leaflets, managing social media, marketing, managing stalls, working on the infamous MCE food stalls, tidying up after the event and working together with a bunch of like minded people who want to help make a difference.
Yes! Every volunteer that attends the meetings and helps out on the day will receive a free t-shirt.
